Attorney Hayley Lampkin Blyth practices in the areas of civil rights, education law (special education law, student discipline law, bullying, ESL, transfer/enrollment issues), and personal injury. She graduated with Honors from The North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she was the Articles Editor of the NCCU Law Review. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Asheville.
Prior to joining The Law Offices of Keith L. Howard, PLLC, Hayley worked as a Pro-Bono Coordinator at Pisgah Legal Services, a legal aid non-profit in Asheville, NC, helping low-income clients obtain access to legal representation. Hayley also has experience representing juveniles in juvenile court matters and obtaining expungements of criminal records.
Hayley comes to the law firm with a strong desire to fight for a more just, and equitable world. She brings that rigor and passion to advocate for the best possible result for her clients. She is currently a member of COPAA, the North Carolina Advocates for Justice, and North Carolina Bar Association. She is also a member of the North Carolina State Bar.
Hayley lives in Charlotte with her fiancé, Will, and her dog, Bentley. She enjoys cool weather, hiking, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
